このプライバシーポリシーは、iOSおよびAndroid向けのブラクストン各アプリにおける、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
本プライバシーポリシーは、Ryota.K が提供する以下のモバイルアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

1. 取得・処理する情報について
本アプリでは、通常の利用にあたり、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・クレジットカード番号等の個人を直接特定する情報の入力を必須としていません。
ただし、サービス提供、広告配信、利用状況分析等のため、以下の情報が自動的に取得または処理される場合があります。
- おおよその位置情報
- ユーザーID・デバイスID等の識別子
- アプリの操作・利用状況データ
- 広告に関するデータ
また、AI機能を利用する場合、ユーザーが自ら入力・提供した以下のような情報が処理される場合があります。
- 入力した文章
- AI英会話等における会話内容
- AIへの質問内容
- AI教材・単語帳作成のために入力または選択した内容
- 画像、音声その他ユーザーがAI機能に提供したコンテンツ（該当する場合）
ユーザーがこれらの入力内容に氏名その他の個人情報を含めた場合、その情報もAI処理の対象となる可能性があります。
2. AI機能およびOpenAIへのデータ送信
本アプリの一部機能では、AIによる回答、会話、解説、教材生成、単語帳生成等を提供するため、OpenAIのAIサービスを利用しています。
ユーザーが入力または提供したデータをOpenAIへ送信するAI機能では、送信前に以下の内容をアプリ内で明示し、ユーザーの同意を取得します。
- 送信されるデータの種類
- データの送信先がOpenAIであること
- AIによる回答、解説、会話、教材生成等の機能提供を目的として利用されること
ユーザーが同意しない限り、ユーザーが入力・提供したデータをOpenAIへ送信することはありません。
対象となる機能には、AI英会話、AI単語帳作成、文法演習等におけるAIへの質問機能などが含まれます。
一方、本アプリの一部AI機能では、OpenAIを利用していても、ユーザーが入力・提供した情報や個人データを送信せず、本アプリ内にあらかじめ用意された学習データのみを送信する場合があります。このような場合には、ユーザー由来のデータはOpenAIへ送信されません。
OpenAIに送信されたデータは、AI機能を提供する目的で処理されます。OpenAIによるデータの取り扱いについては、OpenAIのプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。
3. 広告会社・アナリティクス事業者に提供される情報
本アプリでは、広告配信および利用状況分析を目的として、Google AdMobおよびFirebase等のサービスを利用する場合があります。
これらのサービスを通じて、以下のような情報が自動的に取得または処理される場合があります。
- デバイス情報
- 広告識別子
- おおよその位置情報
- アプリの利用状況・操作情報
- 広告の表示・クリック等に関する情報

4. ユーザーの同意について
本アプリでは、必要に応じてユーザーの同意を取得します。
特に、ユーザーが入力・提供したデータをOpenAI等の第三者AIサービスへ送信する場合には、送信前にその内容および目的を説明し、ユーザーの明示的な同意を取得します。
同意されない場合、該当するAI機能は利用できない場合がありますが、その他の機能は引き続き利用できる場合があります。
5. 情報の利用目的
本アプリで取得または処理する情報は、主に以下の目的で使用します。
- 本アプリおよび各機能の提供
- AIによる回答、会話、解説、教材生成等
- アプリの品質改善および不具合の分析
- 利用状況の分析

取得した情報を、上記の目的を超えて不当に利用することはありません。

Privacy Policy for All Blaxton Apps
This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in the Blaxton apps for iOS and Android.
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications provided by Ryota.K listed above (collectively, the “Apps”).
1. Information We Collect and Process
The Apps do not normally require users to provide directly identifying information such as their name, address, phone number, email address, or credit card number in order to use the Apps.
However, certain information may be collected or processed automatically for purposes such as providing the service, analytics, and advertising, including:
- Approximate location information
- User IDs, device IDs, and similar identifiers
- App usage and interaction data
- Advertising-related data
When users use AI-powered features, information voluntarily entered or provided by the user may also be processed, including:
- Text entered by the user
- Conversation content from AI conversation features
- Questions submitted to AI features
- Content entered or selected for generating AI learning materials or vocabulary lists
- Images, audio, or other content provided to AI features, where applicable
If users voluntarily include names or other personal information in such content, that information may also be processed as part of the AI request.
2. AI Features and Data Sent to OpenAI
Some features in the Apps use AI services provided by OpenAI to provide AI-generated responses, conversations, explanations, learning materials, vocabulary lists, and similar functionality.
For AI features that send user-entered or user-provided data to OpenAI, the Apps disclose the relevant information and obtain the user’s consent before the data is transmitted.
The disclosure explains:
- What types of data will be sent
- That the data will be sent to OpenAI
- That the data will be used to provide AI-powered features such as responses, explanations, conversations, and learning-material generation
User-provided data will not be sent to OpenAI unless the user provides consent.
These features may include AI Conversation, AI Vocabulary Book creation, AI question features in grammar exercises, and similar AI-powered functionality.
Some other features may also use OpenAI but do not transmit any user-provided information or personal data. In those cases, only learning content that is preloaded within the Apps is sent to OpenAI.
Data sent to OpenAI is processed for the purpose of providing the relevant AI functionality. Please refer to OpenAI’s privacy documentation for additional information regarding OpenAI’s handling of data.
3. Information Processed by Advertising and Analytics Providers
The Apps may use Google AdMob and Firebase for advertising delivery and analytics.
Through these services, certain information may be automatically collected or processed, including:
- Device information
- Advertising identifiers
- Approximate location information
- App usage and interaction information
- Advertising impression and interaction data

4. User Consent
The Apps may request user consent where required.
In particular, before user-entered or user-provided data is sent to OpenAI or another third-party AI service, the Apps explain what data will be sent, who it will be sent to, and the purpose of the transmission, and obtain the user’s explicit consent.
If the user does not consent, the relevant AI feature may not be available, while other functionality may remain available.

Information collected or processed through the Apps may be used for the following purposes:
- Providing the Apps and their features
- Providing AI-generated responses, conversations, explanations, and learning materials
- Improving app quality and diagnosing technical issues
- Analyzing app usage
- Delivering and measuring advertising
- Maintaining security and preventing misuse
- Responding to user inquiries
Information will not be used improperly for purposes beyond those described above.
6. Data Protection and Security
Blaxton takes reasonable measures to protect the security and privacy of user data.
